What is VR?

Virtual Reality (VR) is the use of computer technology to create a realistic three-dimensional image or environment that a human can perceive as real, and even interact with in realistic ways.

Can I play if I'm wearing glasses?

Of course, HTC Vive pro headsets features slots to allow the average pair of eyewear to fit it inside and headsets can be adjusted to offer better fit.

Are VR games only for boys?

Definitely not, VR is for everyone, regardless of their sex, age or tech-knowledge. We provide large variety of games, to make sure, that everybody finds something to their taste.

Is there a minimum age to play?

VR experience does not have age limit. All our customers under the age of 8 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult guardian throughout their booking. We recommend customers under the age 14 to bring their parents. Though there's no age limit, we advice against children under 6 y/o to play as it can be too challenging.

Can I play with my friends?

Absolutely! It's much more fun to share the magic of virtual reality with your friends. Although you will need to rent at least two stations to access multiplayer options.

How many people can share a station?

Up to three customers can share one station. If you've never tried VR before this is something we can recommend. When sharing a station you'll take turns playing. 

Will I get motion sickness?

You might get dizzy, when VR systems are low quality or from badly designed games . Motion sickness is mostly associated with VR roller-coasters. In our stations we using HTC Vive Pro headsets, which are considered the best hardware on the entertainment market. Also we test all the games, before offering them to customers.

Anyway, each person may react differently to VR. If you feel like you're being affected by motion sickness, please, let our staff know and we will be there to help you. Your satisfication is utmost important to us and we will even pause your paid gaming time for you to take a break. 

Can I just walk in and pay cash?

In case of availability of stations, we are happy to accept walk-ins. However we recommend booking a slot online in advance to check availability and avoid disappointment.

Please note, if youre paying cash, we need to take copy of your valid ID.

Cancellations.

Unfortunately we can not accept last minute (under 24h) reschedules or refunds for cancellations. However our staff will do their best to reschedule your session.

Will I be playing with strangers?

All bookings are private. While there might be other customers at the venue, you will play with youre friends. Unless you choose to make new friends.

Is it possible to hit other players or hit myself against the wall?

All our stations have sufficient area to play safely and are separated from each other with soft walls. Also there is a built-in warning system, so if you getting to close to obstacle, a hologram will be projected inside the game to let you know.

We're located at Oasen senter, 2nd  floor

Other customers are using headsets as well. Is it hygienic?

We take hygiene very seriously. Headsets and the controllers are thoroughly disinfected after each use. Also we are using leather covers for headsets to avoid sweat accumulation on the surface.

What's being cleaned? 

As mentioned, both controllers and headsets are thoroughly cleaned after each use. In addition, the counter, game magazines, food facilities, card terminal and all other contact points are cleaned regularly.
